Storage Policies

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: At least 1 valid Government issued Identification document is required to rent units.

TERM: Month-to-Month contract. Agreement is automatically renewed, unless a vacate notice is given.

RENT: Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Payments can be made with a certified check, money order, cash, credit card, or Automatic payments. We will Prorate rent for the first month, depending on the move in date.

LOCKS: Space shall be immediately locked, upon execution of the agreement. Locks are to be kept on units at ALL times.

TERMINATION: A 15 days notice is to be given, if tenant decides to vacate.

INSURANCE: Insurance is offered through the Bader Insurance Company.

ACCESS CODE: Access code is given to tenant upon move, for security purposes. Access code is to be entered every time the tenant enters and exits the facility.

ABANDONMENT: Facility is not responsible of anything abandoned outside tenant's unit.
